IS THE CLINIC REGULATED?
Yes, The clinic is regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) . Gaynor Bond, Advanced Nurse Practitioner is regulated by The Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC) and a member of the Royal College of Nursing (RCN)

IS THE CLINIC ON THE GROUND FLOOR?
Yes, Our main clinic room is on the ground floor with wheelchair accessibility if required. Toilet facilities
are available upstairs.
WILL I BE SEEN IF I ARRIVE LATE?
Please be advised that if you are MORE than 15 mins late for your appointment you may not be seen.
This is for time management purposes and to protect the appointment times of other patients attending the clinic.
CANCELLATIONS, DEPOSITS AND FAILURE TO ATTEND YOUR APPOINTMENT
You will receive an email reminder notification prior to your appointment. If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require a minimum of 48 hours' notice. Refunds will not be issued for appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours prior to your appointment time.
HOW DO I PAY?
We accept Online payment, Cash or Card.
Cancellations within 48 hours results in loss of the booking fee. We do not accept cheques

Friday 9 am – 4pm
Saturday 9 am – 6 pm
Sunday 9am - 2pm
