​​Hello I'm Gaynor - Advanced Nurse Practitioner. I began my nursing career in 1993 at the Royal Liverpool University Hospital and completed a BSc in Community Health Care in 2001, later qualifying as an Independent Nurse Prescriber in 2006. In 2008, I earned a Master's Degree in First Contact Care from Sheffield Hallam University.With over 25 years of NHS experience, I have worked extensively in both Primary and Secondary Care, including eight years as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) in the community. In this role, I assessed, diagnosed, prescribed, and coordinated care for patients with complex conditions, working alongside GPs, district nurses, therapists, and social services. Since 2016, I have worked in General Practice as an ANP, diagnosing conditions, prescribing treatments, conducting check-ups, and referring patients for specialist care. Passionate about optimising health through preventative medicine, I am also qualified in IV therapy, blood testing, and vitamin injections, offering a comprehensive approach to patient care.​
